select the video type from the dropdown list you want to insert then put the video identifier inside the resulting tag. You could also paste the identifier first then highlight it and select the appropriate video type from the dropdown list. This is how all the other UBBC tags work...

If you want further information on how to get the video identifier to insert the video then select a type from the video dropdown box then look below the message box (where it says "expand") and a link to an example is usually displayed there.

Example of what shows at bottom when you select yahoo from dropdown:
'For an example of how to insert a Yahoo video into a post please see this link.'

Most of the intrinisic types has an example link associated with it. Instructions for the addon types (those that show below the VLC type) can be found in this post. Instructions for the intrinsic types can be found in this post.
Simply click the link of the type you wish to use to see how to do it.
